Brain establishes contact with disco loving extraterestrials who carry with great wealth. Brain plans to befreind them to gain their wealth for his own means, but when things go awry and the aliens run amok in Las Vegas Brain decides to help save the Earth from destruction and make sure everyone sees him doing it.

Brain compiles a list of the most gifted HS students in the country and transfers them all to one school. He then schemes to run for president of the schools PTA< but first he needs to have the appearance of strong family values, enter Billie and Romy (the gentically created son from "Brinky") while Pinky is delegated to acting as the uncle.

Snowball makes himself look like Brain and takes his place., locking the real Brain up in an iron mask and passing him off as cousin Clemente. One problem, Snowball is relying on Pinky to tell him Brain's plan.
