Brain is scheming to use a hypnotic chain letter to take over the world, he soon learns however that someone else is trying to pull of the same scheme, Brain's arch nemesis snowball, a super intelligent hamster who wants to take over the world for his own evil means. Brain foils the letter scheme, but then Snowball poses as Bill Grates "the richest computer nerd in the world" and head of the "microsponge" corporation.
